Replacement Policy

We want you to be happy with your Kragos Edu Mart purchases. Please review our policy:

  • Reporting: Report issues (defective, incorrect, sizing) within 3 days of delivery via the app, with clear photos/videos.
  • First-Time Free Exchange: For your first size exchange on any uniform item, we will provide a free exchange, covering the cost of the replacement item and shipping.
  • If you ordered the second time a wrong size, item, or quantity, you are responsible for the return and replacement costs.
  • You will need to return the item in its original condition and packaging.
  • All photos and videos uploaded must be clear and show the problem.
  • You will receive clear instructions through the app regarding the replacement process
